The Secretariat of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has notified the appointment of new Additional Solicitor Generals for the States of Telangana and Karnataka
The Centre has appointed Senior Counsel, B. Narasimha Sharma, and Senior Counsel, Kuloor Arvind Kamath as the ASG for the States of Telangana and Karnataka respectively.

The Senior Counsel B. Narasimha being the senior panel member for the department of Legal Affairs and he has been designated as a senior counsel in the year 2022.
Senior Counsel Kuloor Arvind Kamath
The Senior Counsel Kuloor Arvind Kamath has been an Assistant Editor in the Karnataka Law Reporting Council and is specialise in constitutional, Civil, Commercial law and even in the Arbitration.
The Centre appointed both the counsel for the period of three years.
