Punjabi singer Singa has made serious allegations during a live session, demanding 10 lakh rupees to withdraw the case. The singer filed a complaint in the City Kapoorthala police station and then in Ajnala in August, seeking 10 lakh rupees to quash the case.

Singa revealed threats of being taken away while performing on stage for not paying the money and also disclosed receiving threats while live in the car. Meanwhile, the SSP Kapoorthala stated that the case is under verification. Earlier, a complaint was filed against Singa and five others under Section 294 and 120-B for promoting gun culture and leading Punjab’s youth astray. The police complaint mentioned Singa from the village of Jagniwal in Hoshiarpur district for previously promoting songs that influenced the youth negatively. Recently, Singa launched a new song, “Still Alive,” along with his team, accused of promoting vulgarity and obscenity, making it unsuitable for family viewing.

Singa stated during the live session that he discovered cases filed against him in Kapoorthala and then in Ajnala under Section 295 and was demanded 10 lakh rupees to withdraw these cases. His family is extremely distressed, facing threats to remove him from stage performances. He alleged that his father has been running between different police stations, and after four months, no inquiry has been initiated in these cases, leaving him helpless. Unable to bear his family’s suffering any longer, Singa decided to speak out during the live session.
