In a poignant display of solidarity, hundreds of people gathered in the North Kashmir district of Kupwara today to express their support for the families of the two Punjab residents tragically killed in a militant attack in Srinagar on Wednesday evening. The victims, Amrit Pal Singh and Rohit Masih, hailed from humble backgrounds in Punjab’s Amritsar and had journeyed to Srinagar to provide for their families.

Beginning at 6:00 pm, a solemn candle march was organized, drawing participants from various segments of society including local residents, members of Civil Society Kupwara, traders, and transporters.
