In the politics of Rajasthan, the winning MLAs of Bahujan Samaj Party often cause upsets. But, this time the candidates have started leaving the field even before the elections. Thursday is the last day for the withdrawal of nominations.

But, even before that, BSP candidates have started showing ‘thenga’ to the party. Two BSP candidates have withdrawn their nominations. While two have announced their support to BJP and Congress. Whereas, BSP was claiming that this time none of their MLAs would run. Stopping the candidates from fielding before the elections is becoming a big game for BSP.

A candidate of the Aam Aadmi Party has withdrawn his nomination. AAP’s Bhilwara candidate Ashok Kumar Mundra has withdrawn his candidature. Party state president Naveen Paliwal said that he had spoken to Mundra. Mundra told over the phone that the entire family was against him contesting the elections. He had to withdraw his nomination due to a family dispute.
Pokharan and Sirohi candidates withdrew their nomination

BSP had fielded Tulcharam as its candidate from Pokharan. Whereas, Suresh Kumar was fielded from Sirohi. Both have withdrawn their candidature. Along with this, Sanganer candidate Ramlal Chaudhary has supported Congress candidate Pushpendra Bhardwaj. Whereas, the BSP candidate from Hawamahal Tarusha Parashar has now joined the BJP after filing a nomination. There is talk of the withdrawal of nominations from both candidates on Thursday.

BSP had fielded 197 candidates, while AAP had fielded only 87.
It is worth noting that the Bahujan Samaj Party fielded 197 candidates in the elections. At the same time, the Aam Aadmi Party, which has been preparing for Rajasthan elections for five years, could not get candidates even on half the seats. In such a situation, he had fielded only 87 candidates. The nominations of which are now being withdrawn. This has increased the concerns of both the parties.

Sanganer’s BSP candidate Ramlal Chaudhary said that he and his entire family are associated with Congress. Due to his displeasure at not getting the ticket, he took the ticket from BSP and filed his nomination. However, meanwhile, CM Ashok Gehlot, PCC Chief Govind Dotasara and in-charge Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa wooed him. In such a situation, he has announced his support to Pushpendra Bhardwaj.
