The Single bench headed by Justice Bhari Dangre in an order passed on July 10 wherein it expressed concerns over the increasing number of criminal cases under the provisions of the protection of Children from Sexual Offences, POSCO Act, where the accused are being castigated even when the victims being adolescents, maintain they were in the consensual relationship.
