Shah Rukh Khan Seeks Blessings at Vaishno Devi Temple Ahead of ‘Dunki’ Release

Famous for his captivating on-screen persona, superstar Shah Rukh Khan recently made news for visiting the holy Vaishno Devi Temple in Jammu. This spiritual journey took place a few days before his eagerly awaited comedy-drama “Dunki” was about to premiere. The actor—who is frequently referred to as the “King of Bollywood”—was seen in a number of touching pictures and videos strolling with followers while keeping a low profile in a black jacket with a hood.

“Dunki”, which is slated for release in theatres on December 21, stars Shah Rukh Khan with an ensemble cast that includes Boman Irani, Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Vikram Kochhar, and Anil Grover. Produced by Rajkumar Hirani and Gauri Khan, the movie is a joint effort between JIO Studios, Red Chillies Entertainment, and Rajkumar Hirani Films.

Inspired on real-life experiences, it depicts the difficult but transformational journey people take to realise their dreams. This story of friendship and love weaves together a variety of tales to create a moving mix of humour and feelings.
