The actor reportedly died at his home in California after a prolonged battle with illness, according to The Hollywood Reporter. He is survived by his wife, Fatima Todd, and his two children, Alex and Ariana.

Known for his towering presence and unforgettable voice, Todd’s career spanned over four decades, cementing his status as a horror legend. Among his notable works were “Platoon”, “Night of the Living Dead”, and “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen”, along with numerous appearances in acclaimed TV series such as “Law & Order”, “Homicide: Life on the Street”, “21 Jump Street”, and “The X-Files”. On stage, Todd showcased his talent in Broadway productions, including “King Hedley II”, “The Captain’s Tiger”, and “No Place to be Somebody”.
