When starting her career, Aishwarya faced the challenge of establishing her identity. Some industry professionals suggested she change her name to avoid confusion with stars like Alia Bhatt. Although she considered this advice, she ultimately decided to keep her name out of respect for her parents. “I believe this name has helped me get to where I am today,” she says.
