Aayush Sharma, Arpita Khan Sharma Sell Bandra Home for Rs. 22 Crore, Relocate to Luxurious Worli Residence

Aayush Sharma and Arpita Khan Sharma are a beloved couple in Bollywood. Recently, they sold their well-known party house in Bandra for an impressive ₹22 crore. According to media reports, they have since purchased a new luxurious home in Worli.

The couple originally acquired their Bandra residence for ₹10 crore in 2022. This property is located in the Khar West suburb of Mumbai, as per Hindustan Times reports.

Situated on the 12th floor of Satguru Developers’ Flying Carpet skyscraper, the apartment spans 1,750 square feet and includes four parking spaces.

On February 4, Arpita registered the property, paying a stamp duty of ₹40 lakh, according to documents reviewed by Zapkey. The property, close to the Bombay Gymkhana, had rental rates ranging from ₹1.75 lakh to ₹2 lakh per month.

Now, in 2024, they have sold their Khar residence for ₹22 crore, as indicated in a viral social media post. However, the details regarding their new home in Worli remain undisclosed, and they have yet to make an official statement.

Arpita Khan Sharma married actor Aayush Sharma in 2014, and they are parents to two children: son Ahil, born in 2016, and daughter Ayat, born in 2019.

On the professional front, Aayush will next appear in ‘Kwatha’ alongside Isabelle Kaif. The film, inspired by true events involving the Indian Army, is directed by Karan Lalit Butani and written by Karan Butani.

He is recognized for his notable roles in films such as ‘Loveyatri’, ‘Antim’, and ‘Ruslaan’. Additionally, he has featured in music videos like ‘Manjha’, ‘Pehli Pehli Baarish’, ‘Chumma Chumma’, ‘Tera Hoke Nachda Phira’, and ‘Galti’.
