One person recounted, “I remember ordering from Swiggy when I was in the hospital during restaurant closures. The restaurant owner personally called me, requesting patience as they were short on delivery personnel. Eventually, someone from their team delivered my order on their way home.”

However, after a phone call where he heard my condition, he persisted and eventually convinced security to escort him to my room.
