The new CM may be announced in the meeting

As of now, the time for calling the Legislative Party meeting has not been decided. In the BJP, the tradition of announcing the name of the Chief Minister in the Legislative Party meeting has been maintained. In 2003, when Vasundhara Raje became the Chief Minister for the first time, at that time also the announcement was also made at the Legislative Party meeting. BJP State Headquarters, at that time, the then Election In-charge Pramod Mahajan announced Vasundhara Raje’s name in the Legislative Party meeting. After that, this tradition is still followed.
The swearing-in of the new Chief Minister will take place this week
According to sources, a decision on the Chief Minister’s name is likely to be made soon by the BJP. In that case, the swearing-in of the Chief Minister will take place later this week. For this, a grand ceremony could also be held in Jaipur. When Vasundhara Raje became the Chief Minister twice, a swearing-in ceremony was held on Janpath in front of the Assembly. The same tradition can be followed in the swearing-in of the new Chief Minister.
