The Noida Police has registered a case against Elvish Yadav, a famous YouTuber and the winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2, for smuggling poisonous snakes and organizing rave parties illegally.
It is alleged that Elvish Yadav has smuggled snakes and used their poison. About 20 ml of poison and nine live snakes have been recovered from the possession of the accused. These snakes include five cobras, two Dumuhi, one python and one rat snake. It is being told that the venom of these snakes was used in the party. Apart from Elvish Yadav, a case has been registered against other accused under various sections of the Wildlife Protection Act 1972 and Section 120B of the IPC. There is no reaction from Elvish regarding this matter yet. Gaurav Gupta, working as an Animal Welfare Officer in MP Maneka Gandhi’s organization People for Animals, has filed an FIR. He told the police that “YouTuber Elvish Yadav, along with other YouTube members, shoots videos with snake venom and live snakes and organizes rave parties illegally in which foreign girls are called and made to consume snake venom and intoxicants. After this, our informant contacted Elvish Yadav. Elvish gave the number of an agent, whose name he said was Rahul. The informer contacted Rahul and invited him to organize a party.” The accused were caught with the help of police. The accused were identified as Rahul (32), Titunath (45), Jayakaran (50), Narayan (50) and Ravinath (45), all from Delhi.
They told during interrogation that they use these snakes and snack venom for rave parties and also mentioned the role of YouTuber Elvish Yadav in the case.
