Documents revealing assets worth more than Rs 100cr linking to Suraj Pal Singh aka Bhole Baba have seized by the authorities. Whereas, Baba claims that he does not accept donations.
Baba oversees around 24 ashrams, drives luxurious cars also has a private security force. The ascent to fame and wealth of Bhole Baba is incredible.
Baba was missing after the Hathras Stampede which took life of 121 people. Heavy security was deployed outside his Manipur ashram. The land of ashram costs upto 5cr which spans to 21 Bighas. Baba lived there for two years with his wife and no one was to allowed to enter.
Baba travels in a luxurious way with a convoy for 20 vehicles with 15 commandos on motorcycle to clear his path and himself he travels in a white Fortuner.
After the stampede baba recently gave a interview in which he stated “I am deeply saddened after the incident of July 2. May God give us the strength to bear this pain. Please keep faith in the government and the administration. I have faith that anyone who created the chaos would not be spared… Through my lawyer AP Singh, I have requested the members of the committee to stand with the bereaved families and the injured and help them throughout their lives”
