Making a startling revelation, ex-osd of former chief minister Ashok Gehlot, Lokesh Sharma has recently alleged that Gehlot tapped phone of former deputy cm of Rajasthan Sachin Pilot and that of other congress leaders.
He further alleged that the audio of the phone conversation of Rebel congress leaders were provided to news organizations by Ashok Gehlot himself.
Adding another revelation during press conference, Lokesh Sharma further disclosed that in 2020, Gehlot himself provided him with the audio clip featuring Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat and other Congress members discussing the ousting of the Congress government in Rajasthan.
According to the confession of the former OSD, he revealed that contrary to what he had previously stated, he did not obtain those audio recordings from social media. This is not the truth. While addressing the press conference, he revealed that he himself gave that audio clips to media using his phone number.
In those clips, a conspiracy was hatched to bring down the government by poaching the MLAs. On July 16, 2020, Ashok Gehlot visited Fairmount Hotel, where all the rebel leaders were kept. After one hour when the CM left, he called Lokesh Sharma through PSO Ramniwas, and asked to come to the CMs Residence.
After coming to the house, Ashok Gehlot allegedly handed him the pen drive and paper which contained the conversation between Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Late MLA Bhanwarlal Sharma, and Sanjay Jain. Who were allegedly planning to topple the government.
Later sharma further emphasized, that he was asked by the ex-cm of Rajasthan to circulate the audio through social media. And he also asked me to circulate this audio clips to media. “I was asked to circulate the audio on social media. I did not receive these audio clips via social media, CM Ashok Gehlot handed them over to me in this pen drive and asked me to circulate them to the media.”said Lokesh Sharma
He further said that the congress wanted to prove BJP’s hand in this matter, which wasn’t the case at all. In this whole matter, they managed to portray Gajendra Singh Shekhawat as the main accused in this whole matter. And due to ignorance of their grievances, All the MLAs along with Sachin Pilot, and reached the party’s high command.
As soon as Gehlot got to know about it, he kept everyone’s phone on surveillance including that of Sachin Pilot.
