For Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding celebrations, actor Arjun Kapoor traveled to Jamnagar.
Anant Ambani, the youngest son of Reliance Chairman Mukesh Ambani, is scheduled to marry Radhika Merchant, the daughter of industrialist Viren Merchant, later this year.
The guests are arriving to partake in the wedding festivities of Anant and Radhika.

J Brown, an American singer-songwriter, arrived in Jamnagar earlier in the day for the three-day pre-wedding festivities.
Along with J Brown, Jamnagar was also visited by bassist Adam Blackstone, songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist.
To obtain the blessings of the community for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding ceremonies, the Ambani family organized “anna seva” on Wednesday. Following dinner, the guests were treated to traditional folk music. Kirtidan Gadhvi, a well-known singer from Gujarat, dominated the evening with his vocals.
The villagers were served traditional Gujarati food by Mukesh Ambani, Anant Ambani, and other Ambani family members, including Radhika Merchant, at Jogwad village, which is close to Reliance Township in Jamnagar. Radhika’s maternal grandmother and parents – Viren and Shaila Merchant – also took part in the ‘anna seva’. Over the next few days, about 51,000 local households will receive food service.
The Ambani family has a long-standing custom of sharing food. Food has always been served by the Ambani family on major family occasions. Under the direction of Anant Ambani’s mother, Nita Ambani, the Reliance Foundation managed a significant food distribution operation during the coronavirus outbreak. In keeping with family custom, Anant Ambani began his pre-wedding events with ‘anna seva.’
The pre-wedding functions are expected to be traditional and grand.
During the pre-wedding celebrations, guests will get the opportunity to witness the beauty of Indian culture. Traditional scarves created by Gujarati women craftsmen from Kachchh and Lalpur will be given to the attendees.
Former Swedish Prime Minister Carl Bildt, former Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, Google President Donald Harrison, former Bolivian President Jorge Quiroga, former Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, and World Economic Forum Chair Klaus Schwab are among the guests.
