The Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO) is gearing up for its annual convention set to commence in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, starting September 29. The event promises insightful discussions on ‹Inbound Tourism and Emerging Sustainable Trends,› as highlighted by the organizers.
IATO Chairman, Rajiv Mehra, shared insights on the event›s itinerary, mentioning that «on the second day of the event, there will be a discussion on inbound tourism and synergy between hotels and tour operators.» Additionally, the third day of the convention will host a session focused on ‹Exploring Maharashtra – new dimensions and opportunities.›
District guardian minister Sandipan Bhumre, present at a press conference, underscored the importance of improving air connectivity to Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Enhancing these connections is seen as a key factor in increasing tourist footfall in the region.
