While reacting to ongoing Doctors’ strike over several demands, Haryana Health and Family Welfare Minister said that “this strike is unlawful, and the main demand of doctors for a separate specialist cadre has been accepted, and doctors have also been informed about it and discussions can be held on remaining issues, but the strike is unlawful.” He said, “Doctors are quite knowledgeable individuals, and most doctors are working in Haryana.”

While interacting with the media persons, Vij commented on the rising COVID cases, saying, “Our preparations in Haryana are complete. We have conducted mock drills, our oxygen plants, and other arrangements are in place. Further, mocking Rahul Gandhi’s Nayay Yatra, he sadi said that his (Rahul Gandhi’s) only purpose is to travel. Neither did his first journey shake anything nor will anything come out of this journey. Yes, for entertainment, he does quite a lot. Sometimes he starts sowing vegetables, sometimes wrestling with wrestlers, sometimes repairing motorcycles, as his political work has been shattered.

Home Minister Anil Vij, criticizing Farooq Abdullah’s statement about talking to Pakistan, said that Farooq Abdullah and company want to stay in the news by making provocative statements. He said that we have abrogated Article 370. Earlier, terrorists used to come from Pakistan and martyr our soldiers, and then our government paid homage to the soldiers. But now our Defense Minister and Army Chief have gone there, and plans are being made to completely break the backs of terrorists.
