Mumbai is bracing for heavy to very heavy rainfall as the weather department has issued an orange alert for Friday and Saturday. This comes just as Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant prepare for their extravagant three-day wedding celebration.
To ensure smooth festivities, the Mumbai Police have implemented traffic curbs in the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) area during the celebrations. The orange alert indicates extremely bad weather, which may impact transport services across rail, road, and air.
In the days leading up to the wedding, Mukesh and Nita Ambani have hosted numerous events in Mumbai. Last week, pop icon Justin Bieber performed at the sangeet, while various traditional ceremonies such as haldi, mehendi, Mosalu, and Mameru took place.
