JAIPUR: Recently first woman VC Prof. Alpana Kateja took over at RU’s helm in 76 years of the university’s history. A unique gesture at her charge-taking ceremony is the talk of the campus as one of the Law research scholars Dharmesh surprised her with a bouquet of 76 flowers. He is the one who first started the campaign for woman VC way back in 2015 “Mahila Kulpati, Abki Baar” during his LL.M. days and met the then former Governor Late Kalyan Singh on this matter along with female teachers and female students.
