Air India Express is gradually resuming flights and stabilizing its network, according to an official statement on Sunday. The cabin crew union has confirmed that all members who had reported sick have returned to duty.

The airline, owned by the Tata Group and operating around 380 daily services, had canceled more than 20 flights on Sunday. The official indicated that full normalcy is expected to be restored by Tuesday morning.

Air India Express has not issued an official statement regarding these developments. The recent strike by a section of cabin crew, protesting alleged mismanagement, led to the cancellation of numerous flights since Tuesday night.

However, the strike was called off on Thursday, and the airline retracted termination letters issued to 25 cabin crew members following a conciliation meeting convened by the chief labour commissioner in New Delhi. The meeting was attended by representatives of the airline and the Air India Express Employees Union (AIXEU).
