Sushil Gupta, the state president of the Aam Aadmi Party, criticized the Khattar government for arranging 1470 government buses for PM Modi’s rally in Rewari. He said that the BJP government is using government resources for election rallies. Just before the elections, PM Modi’s rally is scheduled in Rewari on February 16. However, out of the total 3691 buses of Haryana Roadways, 1470 buses have been allocated for the rally. This means that for two days, the public’s voice in the state will be silenced, and only the rally will take precedence.

He said that previously, the Khattar government had imposed restrictions on the people of Haryana on all sides of the Punjab and Delhi borders. Now, even within Haryana, the complete allocation of 1470 buses of Haryana Roadways has been made. He said that there is already a shortage of around six thousand buses in the Roadways. Some buses out of 3691 are already faulty, and the ones that are in working condition have been allocated for the rally. I want to ask CM Khattar, what will happen to the people of the state for two days?

He said that the Roadways Employees Union has also opposed this move. When employees go on strike demanding their rights, the government asks why they do not see the public’s troubles. Now, the government is troubling the public, so CM Khattar should tell what will happen to the public now? CM Khattar will have to estimate how much trouble the common man is facing by allocating a large number of Haryana Roadways buses to the rally. The Aam Aadmi Party opposes this decision of the Khattar government and strongly condemns the government’s actions. We urge the Khattar government to immediately withdraw this decision. The government should arrange for private buses for the rally and stop troubling the public.
