aWard number 25’s councillor and former opposition leader Yogesh Dhingra of the Aam Aadmi Party welcomed the Supreme Court’s order, stating that it exposes BJP’s vote theft. Dhingra expressed that the Supreme Court’s order upholds people’s trust in the constitution nationwide. He further mentioned that the Supreme Court, as the protector of faith in the constitution, has arrived because the BJP has become a devourer. Councillor Yogesh Dhingra also praised Chief Justice of India Dhananjay Y. Chandrachud, highlighting how he suggested filing a petition through mail, showcasing the people’s continued trust in the court. Dhingra criticized the BJP for undermining the constitution and commended the Chief Justice for taking a strong stance. He emphasized that the evidence of BJP’s vote theft was known to people, but now, with the help of cameras, it is evident how the BJP engages in open voter fraud and misbehaviour inside the assembly.
