When a ‘cloud kitchen’ manages not to mess around with a menu loaded with potentially gimmicky stuff such as Blue Cheese Malai Chicken Tikka, Paneer Tikka with Hari Mirch Jam, and Mutton Roghan Josh Sliders, and even uplifts that abomination called the Tandoori Soya Chaamp with the addition of Nut Fudge and the garlicky Burhani Cream, it must be welcomed as a brilliant addition to crowded world of home deliveries.
The man behind the interestingly named Madam Curry (the name is apparently his tribute to Marie Curie, the French-Polish physicist and Nobel laureate), Ishan Kapoor seems to have learnt all the right lessons at Les Roches, the Shangri-la, Trident Gurgaon and the ITC Maurya, apart from the Indian Institute of Culinary Arts in New Delhi. Ishan is serious about what he’s serving and he should do well.
