Ingredients

  • 2 oz Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz tonic water
  • Lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, mix the Old Tom gin, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
  3. Top with tonic water and gently stir.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist.

  1. In a shaker, combine Tenjaku Gin, yuzu puree, cucumber slices, mint leaves, and lime juice with ice.
