YouTuber Flying Beast, aka Gaurav Taneja, posted a video on Instagram responding to divorce rumours involving his wife, Ritu Rathee, and addressing the attacks they faced on social media.

In the video, Taneja, who has millions of followers, discussed how news media covered the rumours about their marriage. He wrote in the caption: “For those who genuinely love us. Not trying to change anyone’s opinion. Everyone is free to have an independent opinion, and we respect that.”

Speaking in Hindi, he said, “I am making this video only for those who follow us. These followers believed these rumours, and when everyone is talking about it, you tend to believe them.”

Taneja also addressed a clip of his wife visiting spiritual leader Premanand Govind Sharan, discussing infidelity and their daughters’ custody. This video is believed to have sparked rumours of their separation. Taneja added, “Those who follow Premanand ji Maharaj already know what the truth is.”

He spoke of a previous Instagram post where he first addressed the rumours: “News channels, media, meme pages – nobody understood the meaning behind the post,” referring to the phrase “Joi joi mohe pyaar kare, soi mohe bhave.” The video ends abruptly as Taneja begins to explain the phrase’s real meaning. Within an hour, the post had already garnered 1 million views.

Taneja’s video comes after another post where he celebrated Karwa Chauth with Ritu. In that video, he cooked her favorite halwa and waited for her to return from a late-night flight to perform the rituals together. Afterward, Rathee was seen touching his feet in respect.
