Former Chandigarh Congress Mayor and Congress leader Surendra Singh says that it is not known when this scheme will be beneficial. Water did not come till evening. He said that people are still troubled by water shortage. At the same time, Manimajra Duplex Welfare Association President KL Aggarwal said that the water pressure is very low. There is no benefit from this.
