In the last few days, there is an atmosphere of fear among the people due to the increase in diarrhea and cholera patients in the village Kubda of Mohali. confirmed the death of any patient due to diarrhea, but according to the village residents, yesterday a person along with a 5 year old girl of village Kumbhada died due to vomiting and diarrhea, which has shocked the entire Mohali. An atmosphere of fear has been created in the city. This is the second time after Corona when the health department as well as the municipal corporation are making several efforts to prevent the disease. In this context, today Municipal Corporation Commissioner Mrs. Navjot A special visit was made with Dr. Kaur and Dr. Harman Kaur of the Health Department regarding the cholera disease spread in the village Kubda. In which orders have been issued to different officers and employees by all the departments to deal with the disease. In which four teams of five members each have been formed to take special care of cleanliness in the area adjoining village Kubda.

The duty of the formed teams is to take special care of cleaning the streets, drains and vacant plots in village Kubda and the adjoining area. Along with this, teams have been ordered to do fogging twice a day in the disease affected area. Along with this, tankers of clean and chlorinated water have been provided to provide uninterrupted water supply to the people. It has been said. The department has appealed to the people of the affected area as well as the general public to follow the orders given by the health department to prevent the disease and drink water after boiling it completely.
