Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding was a star-studded affair, attracting not only close family and friends but also a diverse array of celebrities from various industries. Among the distinguished guests was the Chinese Ambassador to India, Xu Feihong, who recently shared a series of new visuals from the event on X.
“Great wedding! First time attending one in India! Best wishes to the new couple and double happiness!” wrote the Chinese envoy on his X post. He posted three photos and a video, including one of the newlywed couple and a collage featuring different moments from the wedding, including a shot with Mukesh Ambani. The video captured the energetic baaratis dancing.

According to an official Chinese website, Xu Feihong, born in 1964, serves as a Member of the CPC Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs. He assumed the role of Ambassador to India in May this year after a vacancy of 18 months.
Upon taking office, he stated, “I will strive to deepen mutual understanding and friendship between our peoples, promote exchanges and cooperation across various fields, and advance our bilateral relations.”
