The detailed artwork portrays Modi alongside the message “ABHINANDAN MODI JI 3.0,” symbolizing support for his third term as Prime Minister. Inscribed below is “VIKSIT BHARAT,” reflecting the artist’s endorsement and public anticipation for Modi’s leadership.

Meanwhile, Delhi adorns itself with posters featuring PM-designate Narendra Modi, reflecting the excitement surrounding his upcoming inauguration. This marks the commencement of Modi’s third consecutive term, akin to the electoral success of former Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru.

As preparations unfold, Delhi gears up with approximately 1,100 traffic police personnel deployed to manage traffic movement. Route arrangements have been made for delegates attending the ceremony. Distinguished guests from neighboring regions and the Indian Ocean region have been invited, aligning with India’s ‘Neighbourhood First’ policy.

An official statement from the Ministry of External Affairs confirms attendance from leaders like President Ranil Wickremesinghe of Sri Lanka, President Mohamed Muizzu of Maldives, and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina of Bangladesh, among others. This diplomatic outreach underscores India’s commitment to regional cooperation.

Emphasizing the significance of the event, the MEA highlights leaders’ participation in a banquet hosted by President Droupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan, enhancing bilateral ties and regional cooperation.

Meanwhile, concerns raised by Congress leader KC Venugopal over the opposition’s lack of information regarding the ceremony highlight diverse perspectives amidst the BJP’s electoral success.

The swearing-in ceremony unfolds against the backdrop of the BJP’s recent victory, securing 240 seats while the NDA alliance garnered 292 out of 543 Lok Sabha seats. The Congress, part of the INDIA bloc, secured 99 seats, reflecting the diverse political landscape.
