The Aam Aadmi Party stated that CM Arvind Kejriwal’s aide Bibhav Kumar filed a police complaint against the party’s Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal.
This came after Delhi Police filed an FIR against Bibhav Kumar for allegedly assaulting Maliwal at the CM’s official residence.
AAP accused the BJP of orchestrating Maliwal’s allegation, claiming it’s a plot to frame Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal. Atishi, a senior AAP leader, asserted that Maliwal arrived at the CM’s residence without an appointment to level accusations against Kejriwal.
In his complaint against Swati Maliwal, Bibhav Kumar alleged that Maliwal forcefully entered the CM’s residence on May 13, created chaos, assaulted him, and is now trying to falsely implicate him.
He claimed that Maliwal shouted, abused the office staff of CM Arvind Kejriwal, and refused to follow proper procedure for meeting the CM.
According to Bibhav’s complaint, Maliwal attempted to enter restricted areas of the CM’s residence, and when stopped, she pushed him, dialed the PCR, and made false allegations against him.
Reportedly, Swati Maliwal has also removed her display picture from the Social Media Platform ‘X’.
