YS Sharmila to PM Modi: “Apologize Before Setting Foot in Andhra Pradesh”

YS Sharmila, the Andhra Pradesh Congress President and candidate from the Kadapa Lok Sabha seat, recently sent a firm message to Prime Minister Narendra Modi via a radio broadcast. In her address, she urged the Prime Minister to pay heed to the “Mann Ki Baat” of the people of the state.

Directing her words squarely at PM Modi, Sharmila asserted that he is not entitled to enter the state until he tenders an apology to the people of Andhra Pradesh. She accused the Prime Minister of deceiving the state for a decade, alleging a pattern of insincere affection displayed during elections followed by neglect of development thereafter.

According to Sharmila, the people of Andhra Pradesh have been let down by false promises and unfulfilled commitments made by the ruling party. In response, she declared her intention to present a charge sheet on behalf of the citizens of Andhra Pradesh, highlighting the grievances and unmet expectations faced by the state under PM Modi’s leadership.

Sharmila’s message to PM Modi serves as a challenge, demanding accountability and genuine action to address the concerns of the people. She called upon the Prime Minister to take responsibility for the promises made to Andhra Pradesh and urged him to provide assurance through a written affidavit to fulfill those commitments without further delay.

By making these bold statements, Sharmila signals her determination to hold the central government accountable and advocate for the interests of her state. Her call for PM Modi to acknowledge the grievances of Andhra Pradesh underscores the pressing need for responsive governance and effective leadership to address the challenges faced by the people.
