The Governor and Administrator of Punjab, as well as the Union Territory of Chandigarh, Banwari Lal Purohit, has conveyed his heartfelt greetings to the public on the auspicious occasion of Maha Shivratri.

He added, “Let us collectively pray to Lord Shiva for blessings of wisdom and courage to overcome the flaws within ourselves.”
