The core committee meeting of Rajasthan BJP regarding the Lok Sabha elections was held at the state office in New Delhi. National President JP Nadda and Union Home Minister Amit Shah were also present in this meeting. In the meeting, the panel prepared for 25 Lok Sabha seats of the state was discussed. If sources are to be believed, a consensus has been reached on a panel of about half a dozen seats in this meeting. These will be placed in the Central Election Committee (CEC) meeting to be held in Delhi on Thursday. After this, candidates can also be declared on these seats of Rajasthan in the list of candidates to be declared in the first phase.

CM Bhajanlal Sharma, State President CP Joshi, former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje, Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari, Premchand Bairwa, state in-charge Arun Singh, state co-in-charge Vijaya Rahatkar and other leaders were present in the meeting of State BJP Core Committee held in Delhi. It is being told that in the meeting almost a consensus has been reached on the Kota-Bundi, Jhalawara-Baran, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Chittorgarh, Churu and Banswara seats of the state. The panel for these seats will be placed in the CEC meeting to be held tomorrow. After this, there is a possibility that BJP may declare candidates on these seats in the first phase. The churning will continue on the remaining seats.

The seats of the state have been divided into two categories
On the lines of assembly elections, BJP has also divided 25 Lok Sabha seats of the state into ‘A’ and ‘B’ categories. Those seats are included in A category, which are considered safe in every way. Jaipur City, Jaipur Rural, Jhalawar-Baran, Kota-Bundi, Bhilwara, Chittorgarh, Ajmer, Pali, Jodhpur, Jalore, Bikaner, Udaipur, Sikar, Dungarpur-Banswara, Sriganganagar-Hanumangarh, Jhunjhunu, Churu and Rajsamand Lok Sabha seats in A category. Is included. Whereas, Karauli-Dholpur, Dausa, Bharatpur, Tonk-Sawai Madhopur, Barmer, Alwar and Nagaur Lok Sabha seats have been kept in B category. In the 2019 elections, BJP had left Nagaur seat for RLP, but this time BJP will field candidates on only 25 seats.
