WIN’s Triumph Ignites Women Empowerment, Innovation, and AI Transformation

WIN (Women Inspiring Network) has concluded a triumphant trilogy of panel discussions amid the opulent setting of Davos, Switzerland, during the World Economic Forum 2024.

Orchestrated by the visionary curator, Stuti Jalan, Founder of Women Inspiring Network, along with Invest India, Ministry of Women and Child Development, Confederation of Indian Industry, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and World Innovation Economics, the three inspiring panels featured an assemblage of influential leaders and experts delving into the crux of critical issues in women’s leadership, sustainability, innovation, and the transformative prowess of women in the realm of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

 

With snow-covered peaks and luxurious surroundings, WIN had the honor of meeting other well-known networks and world leaders who were enthralled with the atmosphere of our talks. Excitement was in the air as word of the collaboration’s synergies spread through Davos’ hallways. Visionaries from other networks and powerful leaders indicated a strong desire to collaborate with the Women Inspiring Network on a project in the upcoming year.

 

 

The second panel, “Trailblazing Women: In a New Era of Innovation,” examined sustainability, innovation, and leadership in association with Invest India. Santhosh Jayaram, Global Head Sustainability, HCL Technologies, Aarti Gupta, CIO, Family Office DM Gupta &Anikarth Ventures, Isabella Grosmaitre, Founder and CEO, Goodman and Co., and Sanskriti Thakur, Chairwoman, Tower Capital, were among the esteemed panelists.

The panelists stressed the significance of taking people along on the leadership journey, the long-term effects of present actions on future generations, and communal growth. The occasion promoted a discussion on women’s leadership and sustainable practices by providing a forum for the sharing of varied viewpoints.
