On the eve of Gandhi Jayanti, Prime Minister Narendra Modi joined people throughout the country in a cleanliness push as part of the Swach Bharat initiative. His one was unique in that he combined cleanliness and athleticism.
Prime Minister Modi visited social media superstar Ankit Baiyanpuriya, who had launched a 75-day hard challenge to instill a fitness culture in the youth.
They talked about fitness and cleanliness while taking part in the Swachh Bharat campaign, according to a video posted on PM Modi’s X timeline.
Ankit’s Instagram account currently has 4.9 million followers.

“Today, as the nation focuses on Swachhata, Ankit Baiyanpuriya and I did the same! Beyond just cleanliness, we blended fitness and well-being also into the mix. It is all about that Swachh and Swasth Bharat vibe!” the video captioned.
The video starts with PM Modi saying Ankit “I will learn something from you today.” How will Swachhata Abhiyan help fitness, PM Modi asked Ankit.
“Keeping the environment clean is our duty. If the environment remains healthy then we too will,” Ankit replied to PM Modi.

PM Modi also inquired about the level of cleanliness awareness in his hometown of Sonipat. He claims that people are becoming more conscious of the need of hygiene.
Swachh Bharat, according to PM Modi, is the common obligation of all people of the country, and public participation is critical in this regard. He had encouraged everyone to set aside one hour on Sunday at 10 a.m. to help keep the country clean and to help build a better future for the country.

In the video which lasted 281 seconds, PM Modi went on to ask Ankit how much time he dedicated towards physical activities, to which he said 4-5 hours.
