The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has advised residents of an impending high tide, expected to reach approximately 3.90 meters at 10:53 am today. Additionally, a low tide measuring about 1.66 meters is anticipated at 3:43 pm.
In a recent update, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a yellow alert for Thane, Raigad, Ratnagiri, and Sindhudurg districts of Maharashtra for the next two days. Furthermore, Palghar district will experience yellow and green alerts on Saturday and Sunday, respectively. IMD has forecasted heavy rainfall in isolated areas of Palghar, Thane, Raigad, Ratnagiri, and Sindhudurg districts on Saturday.
