To ensure larger furniture and items (Large Parcel) are delivered to you in perfect condition as quickly and efficiently as possible, 1StopBedrooms uses specialized large parcel carriers. This is to better safeguard items that are too large, fragile, or heavy to ship with UPS or FedEx. Rest assured your order will be handled with care from start to finish so it arrives at your home in perfect condition.
Average transit and delivery time for Large Parcel orders is approximately two to four weeks.
Once you’ve picked out the perfect piece of furniture and added it to your shopping cart, you can then choose a delivery option at checkout. Here are the four different options:
● Outside Drop Off: Scheduled delivery to the outside entrance of your home or building at the ground level.
● In Home Drop Off: Scheduled delivery to the immediate entryway inside your home.
● Room of Choice Delivery: Scheduled delivery to your room of choice on any floor.
● White Glove Delivery: Delivered in the room of your choice, plus full assembly and package removal.
Available shipping options may vary depending on the item, and each option will be displayed at checkout.

Once your order is shipped from the warehouse, 1StopBedrooms will send you an email. Your order is then delivered to a White Glove Delivery Carrier in your local area that specializes in professional residential furniture delivery and assembly. Once your order arrives at the local center, a representative will reach out to you to schedule a delivery appointment.
On your scheduled delivery day, the professional White Glove delivery team will deliver your new furniture, assemble it in the room of your choice, and remove all packaging and debris. If your item arrived damaged, be sure to notify the 1StopBedrooms customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. You should also take the following steps:
● Notate and describe the damage on the delivery paperwork that you are given by the delivery team.
● Accept and sign for the delivery
● Take a picture of the serial number or label on the box or packaging. If there’s damage to the box, include a picture of that as well. Finally, take a photo of the damage on the item itself.
