A massive fire broke out at a residential building in Urumqi, the capital of northwest China’s Xinjiang province on Thursday night in which ten people lost their lives and nine were injured.

Meanwhile, at a high-rise residential building in a community of Tianshan District in Urumqi, the fire broke out at around 7:49 pm. According to the reports at 10:35 pm it was put out at around.

Despite emergency treatment, ten people died and the other nine people sustained injuries are not life-threatening.

Moreover, an investigation of the accident and its cause is underway.

Earlier, this week a fire occurred at a plant in central China in which 36 people were killed and two people remain missing.

However, in the Wenfeng District of Anyang City, Henan Province a fire broke out at the plant of a commerce and trade company.
