Bike-borne miscreants looted a grocery shopkeeper in daytime today near Santosh bridge of Alauli police station area of Khagaria district. Unknown 5 miscreants together have looted 1 lakh 76 thousand cash. The miscreants have beaten the grocery shopkeeper and his younger brother with the butt of threenuts for protesting against the loot.Due to which both the brothers were injured. Grocery shopkeeper Siddhant Kumar has been admitted to Sadar Hospital, where the treatment of the injured is going on.While the younger brother is petty injured. Rishi Kumar, the younger brother of the grocery shopkeeper, said that both the brothers were coming from their village city Banni to Khagaria market by bike to buy goods for the shop, they were looted.However, as soon as the incident was reported, the police has reached the spot and is investigating the matter.
