A video circulating on social media shows Meloni warmly receiving PM Modi during the ‘outreach nation’ event. In the clip, the two leaders can be seen greeting each other with folded hands before engaging in a brief conversation.
The meeting highlighted the strong diplomatic relations between India and Italy. Last week, Meloni congratulated PM Modi on his third consecutive electoral triumph in the Lok Sabha elections. In her message, she expressed confidence that the two leaders will collaborate to fortify the bond of friendship between both the countries.
