Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh made headlines on Thursday when he interrupted his live performance in Europe to pay tribute to the late industrialist Ratan Tata. In the video, Diljit Dosanjh conveyed his sorrow over Tata’s passing, stating, “You all know about Ratan Tata. He has passed away. This is my small tribute to him.” Speaking in Punjabi, he emphasized the significance of recognizing Tata’s contributions, noting, “He has always worked hard. Whatever I have heard and read about him, I have never seen him speak anything wrong about anyone.”

Ratan Tata’s death has sparked a wave of tributes from various quarters. The Maharashtra government declared a day of mourning on October 10 in his honor, and his mortal remains were made available for public viewing at the National Centre for Performing Arts (NCPA) in Mumbai from 10 am to 3:30 pm.
