‘You’ll Give Me A Child Bi**!’: Andrew Tate Faces Explosive Sexual Assault Allegations

Controversial social media figure Andrew Tate is facing serious allegations from his former girlfriend, model Brianna Stern, who has accused him of sexual assault and physical abuse. Stern filed a civil lawsuit in Los Angeles, claiming she endured physical and emotional mistreatment during their ten-month relationship. She has also requested a restraining order against Tate, as reported by The Independent.

Legal Battle and Denial

Tate’s legal team has dismissed the accusations, calling them financially motivated. His lawyer, Joseph McBride, asserted, “We stand ready to defend Andrew fiercely in court, where the truth will expose this baseless scheme. Instead of seeking a private resolution, Ms Stern has chosen to air her false claims in the press, revealing her true motives: money and attention, not justice.”

Stern took to X (formerly Twitter) to share her experiences with Andrew Tate . She posted chat screenshots, including one where Tate allegedly wrote, “You’ll give me a child this year, bit*h.” According to court documents, she claimed the incident occurred in March at the Beverly Hills Hotel, where a consensual encounter allegedly turned violent.

Details of the Allegations

The lawsuit describes how Andrew Tate reportedly verbally abused Stern before choking her to the point where she nearly lost consciousness. She further alleged that he struck her multiple times and threatened her life, stating, “If you ever cross me, I will kill you.”

Following the incident, Stern sought medical treatment and was diagnosed with post-concussion syndrome. She later filed the lawsuit after Tate left the United States.

Stern’s Public Statement

On Instagram, Stern explained her reasons for coming forward: “The entire situation is very traumatic and extremely difficult. I considered many times just silently leaving Andrew and saying nothing, doing nothing, because I was scared, and it was honestly hard for me to accept that I was being abused. But I can now see that doing so would be the cowardly approach.”

Stern also claimed Tate engaged in a broader pattern of emotional abuse and manipulation. She said she met him in 2024 while on a modeling job in Romania and was initially drawn to his generosity, only for his behavior to turn controlling and abusive. In her statement, she alleged that Tate referred to her as his “property” and recalled their last meeting on March 11, 2025. She claimed Tate told her, “Shut the f*ck up, bitch. You will never backtalk me. You are my property.”

Ongoing Legal Troubles

Tate is already facing legal battles in multiple countries. He recently reported to a police station in Romania after returning from the U.S. Authorities there have charged him and his brother, Tristan Tate, with human trafficking, sexual relations with a minor, and money laundering. Another case, involving allegations of forming a criminal organization to exploit women, has been sent back to prosecutors.

Additionally, the UK has issued a European arrest warrant against Tate for charges related to rape and human trafficking between 2012 and 2015. His legal troubles continue to mount as authorities across multiple jurisdictions investigate further claims.
