A man from Noida complained that he ordered food through Ola and found the delivery driver eating it instead. He posted a video on Instagram showing the delivery person caught in the act of eating his fries. According to the man, named Aman Birendra Jaiswal, the delivery driver first called him asking for an extra ₹10 for delivering the food. Even though Jaiswal initially refused, he eventually agreed. However, after agreeing, the delivery driver kept him waiting for 45 minutes. When Jaiswal finally found him, the driver was sitting on his motorcycle, casually eating the food meant for Jaiswal.

Upon being confronted, the delivery driver responded casually, saying “Do whatever you want.” Jaiswal shared his frustration on Instagram, along with the video, expressing disappointment in Ola’s service standards. The incident gained a lot of attention on social media, with many expressing shock and amusement.
