The footage shows a man riding an electric scooter against traffic flow, causing a disruption. Instead of apologizing, he engages in an argument with a car occupant. Shortly after, an army jawan approaches and delivers a whack to the man for his disruptive behavior. The scene concludes with a female traffic police officer arriving to manage the situation.
