Surprising feats often capture the internet’s attention, and one such instance involves Amit Yadav, a resident of Saharsa, Bihar. Amit’s remarkable dedication has led him to construct a six-story building on a mere five feet of land, which has sparked discussions throughout the district. Reports indicate that this unique structure, designed primarily for employment purposes, also houses a clothing showroom.

Located in Sabela village of Baijnathpur in Saharsa, the building’s unusual design has earned it the nickname “Eiffel Tower.” It has become a popular selfie spot, attracting visitors from the city and surrounding areas, all amazed by a building situated on such a narrow plot.
Interestingly, Amit did not consult a professional engineer for this project. In a recent interview, he revealed that he designed the building’s blueprint himself and enlisted local laborers for construction. The cost of this extraordinary edifice is approximately ₹90 lakh. Construction began during the COVID-19 pandemic and took about a year to complete.
Amit utilized special bricks that he crafted specifically for this building. Positioned along NH 107 in Saharsa, the structure’s height and unique design often draw attention, prompting passersby to stop and admire it. However, Amit noted that this curiosity has occasionally led to accidents, as the building is located near a road, causing some traffic disruptions.
This isn’t the first time a remarkable building in Bihar has gone viral. A recent video from Muzaffarpur showcased a five-story house built on just six feet of land, leaving many intrigued. Situated in Gannipur locality, this building, described in the video, measures only five feet wide from the inside yet includes essential facilities such as a kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. It is divided into two sections, with one housing the stairs and the other containing the living spaces.
The vlogger dubbed it “Bihar’s Burf Khalifa,” while others referred to it as the “Eiffel Tower of Bihar,” drawing comparisons to the iconic Taj Mahal. This building has also attracted tourists eager to take photographs, further cementing its status as a local attraction.
