Alia’s look was simple yet elegant, with a pulled-back bun adorned with flowers, dewy makeup, and nude lips, radiating subtle glamour. Alia Bhatt wowed in a custom archival sari by Manish Malhotra. Her stylist, Priyanka Kapadia, thanked the designer on Instagram for reinventing a 160-year-old Ashavali weave pure silk sari adorned with real zari. According to Diet Sabya on Instagram, the sari boasted a zari border made with “99% pure silver” and included “approximately 6 grams of real gold.”
She completed her look with exquisite jewellry from Sunita Shekhawat, including the signature Padmapriya necklace, earrings, tika, and bangles. The jeweler emphasized that this collection, celebrating the lotus flower, is crafted using the Champlevé enameling technique and painted Gulabi meenakari. Handcrafted in 22-karat gold, the set features uncut diamonds, emeralds, and South Sea pearls.
