A young boy ended up being parted from his father during a crowded afternoon in the big square of a city in Argentina. He, in tears, was now shaken with fear but the crowd rushing to help displayed a touching streak of humanity that day.

Chanting: “Pappá. Find your son”, someone shouted this name from one corner of the plaza. People immediately joined the group and soon shouting became loud since more and more people joined that group. A band playing next door also became part of the initiative, composing a unique song with the words, “Eduardo, come and find Juan Cruz,” that included both the boy’s and father’s names. As people sang and clapped, one man lifted the boy onto his shoulders to make him more visible.

The group continued until one man was spotted speeding through the masses, apparently making his way towards the boy, crying on the ground. He caught him, and everyone near them raised in cheers and applauded the reunion. The whole scene depicted how a community can come together to help each other out in urgency and how apparently unrelated individuals become involved to show support.

The heartwarming video went viral within a snap, touching so many hearts. “What a beautiful community. I pray it stays that way for eternity,” one user posted. “Humanity at its best. This is phenomenal,” another user responded. “Now that’s how you find your Dad when he gets lost. Love this!!! This is how everyone should be living & looking out for each other & their children!!” said one third user.
