The Supreme Court Collegium recommended the appointment of Justice CS Sudha As Permanent Judge Of Kerala High Court
The Supreme Court Collegium bench headed by Chief Justice D.Y. Chandrachud recommended the name of Justice Sudha’s as the permanent Judge of the Kerala High Court on August 18, 2023. The Supreme Court Collegium had consulted with the Judges of the Supreme Court who were conversant with the functioning of the High Court of Kerala.
Justice C.S. Sudha entered judicial services in the year 1995 and was being sworn in as the Additional Judge of the Kerala High Court on August 10, 2021. The Kerala High Court Collegium had recommended the appointment of her as the permanent judge on June 21, 2023. The said recommendation was also concurred by the Chief Minister and the Governor.
