Those involved in the AAP conspiracy to imprison their own leader are now speaking about ‘Nyay’ Yatra,” remarked Jakhar, taking a jab at the Congress leadership for abandoning Sukhpal Khaira.
Continuing his staunch stance against the targeted actions towards Bholath Congress legislator Sukhpal Khaira, Punjab BJP President Sunil Jakhar stated that the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra seems as hollow as the current senior leadership of the stagnant Punjab Congress.
“Individuals advocating justice for the nation are passive bystanders and collaborators in the injustice against their own MLA,” Jakhar expressed during his media interaction in Phagwara/Chandigarh.
Jakhar, who was in the city for a special Lohri event at the invitation of senior leader and Central Minister Som Prakash, emphasized, “If they retain any sense of dignity, they should initially seek explanations from Kejriwal and Bhagwant Mann regarding the absurdly concocted case keeping Khaira imprisoned.”
The Punjab Congress leadership shamelessly allies with the AAP leadership to shield themselves from legal repercussions and conceal their wrongdoings, Jakhar asserted. He added that their sole aim is to silence the dissenting voice of AAP presented by Sukhpal Khaira, a voice of reason and courage.
Addressing concerns about Punjab’s future, the senior BJP leader emphasized the urgency to rescue the state from the destructive path set by AAP. “The survival of Punjab is paramount. Irrespective of any party, saving Punjab secures the future of all parties,” Jakhar emphasized.
Stating BJP’s commitment to Punjab’s future, Jakhar claimed that the party would undertake this responsibility entrusted by the people on a mission mode. Alleging a conspiracy between Punjab Congress leadership and the Chief Minister to suppress voices exposing corruption, Jakhar accused the state opposition of capitulating before AAP to safeguard themselves.
