Shortly after a video of Shah Rukh Khan’s mansion in Beverly Hills gained attention online, another clip surfaced on social media showing one of the actor’s luxurious homes abroad. An Instagram video posted last week reveals Shah Rukh Khan’s house in London, a grand building situated in the heart of the British capital.

One commenter mentioned, “The entire house isn’t his. His flat is on the lower ground floor.” Another added that the actor known for “Dilwale” owns several properties in London’s upscale Mayfair area.
According to a 2009 report from Manchester Evening News, Shah Rukh Khan spent £20 million on an apartment in Park Lane. The report noted this as the highest amount paid by any Bollywood star for a property outside of India.
A source close to the actor, quoted by Manchester Evening News at the time, mentioned, “It’s well known that King Khan enjoys visiting London annually with his family. While he usually stays in top hotels during his visits, he has been considering a permanent apartment in London’s upscale Park Lane area for the past few months to avoid relying on hotels.”
Shah Rukh Khan’s elder son, Aryan Khan, and daughter, Suhana Khan, studied in the UK. Aryan spent some of his childhood boarding at Sevenoaks School, while Suhana reportedly graduated from Ardingly College. The actor’s youngest son, AbRam, is currently enrolled at Mumbai’s Dhirubhai Ambani International School.
In addition to his sea-facing mansion, Mannat, in Mumbai, Shah Rukh Khan owns several other properties. He has a lavish villa named Jannat in Mumbai and a vacation home in Alibaug where he often entertains friends and family. A villa in Los Angeles, which was once made available to the public through Airbnb, is also part of his portfolio. Moreover, Shah Rukh Khan and his wife, Gauri Khan, possess a luxurious mansion in their hometown of Delhi.
